WhatsApp templates
In this video, you will see how to reach thousands of customers with templates and campaigns, and how to measure the results. Templates are pre-approved WhatsApp messages that you use to start a conversation. Filter them by category, marketing, utility or authentication, and by approval status. Each template shows its category, language, quality rating and Meta’s approval status. If Meta rejects a template, you see exactly why. Fix it, and resubmit in one click.
Building a template
Creating a template is simple. Give it a name, and choose a category. Write the message, with variables for personal details, and watch the live preview. Save it as a draft, then submit it to Meta. Its approval status syncs back automatically.
Campaign reports
Campaigns send an approved template to thousands of customers at once, and you follow every one live. The live report shows how many messages were sent, delivered, read and failed, and what it cost. Invalid numbers, duplicates and opted-out contacts are removed before sending, and every failure is explained. Pause, resume or cancel at any time, and export the full per-recipient report.
Creating a campaign
Let’s create a new campaign. Name it, then choose an approved template. Meridian prepares a ready-made spreadsheet with exactly the columns this template needs. Upload your filled-in sheet, or choose recipients straight from your contacts. Before anything is sent, every row is checked, and problems are set aside automatically.
Sending speed and timing
Choose the sending speed: a fixed rate, or an adaptive rate that slows down by itself if problems appear. You can also set start and end times, and the hours of the day when sending is allowed. Finally, review everything, including the estimated cost, and start the campaign when you are ready.
Agent performance
Performance shows how your team is doing: response times, resolution rate and each agent’s results. Compare agents side by side, and open anyone’s page for the detail.
Billing
Billing is fully transparent: what you owe, this month’s usage and your spend limit. Set a spend limit, and get an alert before you reach it.
