# Meridian

> Meridian (by Bonbell) is a customer-conversation platform: a shared team inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger where every conversation is a ticket, with an AI agent that answers from the business’s own knowledge, WhatsApp template campaigns, contacts, routing and performance reports. The app is at https://meridian.bonbell.net; accounts are created at https://meridian.bonbell.net/register.

- Channels: WhatsApp (via Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform), Instagram direct messages and post comments, Facebook Messenger and Page comments. Businesses connect their own Meta accounts; more than one WhatsApp number is supported.
- Tickets: every conversation has a status (New, Open, Pending, Snoozed, Resolved, Closed), priority, tags, internal notes and an owner.
- AI agent: replies in the inbox and to comments; answers only from the business’s written answers, documents (PDF, Word, text, Markdown), web pages and saved replies; transcribes voice notes and reads photos; hands over to a person when asked, on reserved topics, when it has no answer, after a set number of replies, or when credit runs out. Models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek and Moonshot.
- Campaigns: approved WhatsApp templates sent to many recipients from a spreadsheet or from contacts; pre-send checks exclude invalid, duplicate, opted-out and blocked numbers; four sending speeds (per second, adaptive, all at once, finish by); scheduling and daily sending hours; per-recipient reports with cost.
- Team: roles (owner, admin, supervisor, agent, viewer), presence, round-robin or least-busy routing with per-agent limits, transfers and escalation, agent performance reports.
- Billing: usage-based, paid from a prepaid balance with a spend limit and monthly statements; AI can also run on the customer’s own provider key for a fixed monthly fee.
- Languages: this website and the video tutorials are in English and Arabic; the AI agent replies in Arabic, English or the customer’s language; the app interface is in English.
- Runs in the browser on desktop and mobile; no installation.
